To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:

Be in their terminal academic year of a PT or PTA educational program
Maintain active APTA membership throughout all years of professional education
Commit to working in North Dakota as a PT or PTA following graduation
Submit annual proof of employment in North Dakota to retain scholarship eligibility
